I just felt compelled to write this e-mail to further emphasize what a great company we’re involved with! I’m sure everyone is still feeling the buzz after convention and for those of you that didn’t get a chance to attend you’re catching XanGo fever from someone who did attend. The purpose of this e-mail is not to summarize impacting highlights of convention but rather to point out the small things that make this company great. Robin Sharma, author of “The Monk Who Sold his Ferrari,” stated at the convention that it is the small things in life that make life worth living. I would simply like to make everyone aware of a small incident that occurred at convention that fills my heart with joy and pride when I think about how dedicated our XanGo Corporate team is.
There were a number of distributors who attended Corey Citron’s “Be Free Party” and danced the night away while Corey rocked the house on the 23rd floor of the WellsFargoBuilding. Wow! What an awesome party! But I bet most of you didn’t know that Corey was in quite a predicament when he soon discovered that he had not packed an essential piece of equipment and that without it the show could not have gone on.
With only a couple of hours left until show time Corey was scrambling to find the part. It only took one phone call to our very own Elite Services Representative Alex Pendleton and he quickly dropped all he was doing and proceeded to track down and purchase the much needed part. Alex fronted a considerable sum of his own money to get the part to Corey and all this while he was off the clock! Because of his efforts the party went down smoothly and the night was a blast! This level of service is what I call going above and beyond the call of duty.
This is just one of many small incidents that illustrate the relationship between XanGo distributors and the corporate team. When was the last time your cell phone provider, cable company, or any customer care department went above and beyond the call of duty to serve your needs? We’re in relationship marketing and its not only the product, the corporate team, the compensation plan or our partnership with wild flavors that make this company great it is the strong bonds of friendship that have been forged at every contact point within our organization that also play a major role! It is the willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty to serve a friend in need that that makes this company great!
As members of the XanGo family we are all working towards a common goal. We all want to create a positive impact in our lives and in the lives of those around us. So let’s not forget that the simplest and easiest way to achieve success and help someone in pursuit of their dreams is to GO above and beyond the call of duty…
Sincerely,
Armando Jr.

WOW! What an amazing training! The information was priceless AND to add the music was just wonderful! I had never heard of Phil either but he and his keyboardist added so much to the training! So much easier to learn and participate and absorb with music and dancing!
And T. Harv was incredible - so dynamic! He was amazing! And YOU are amazing! Thanks so much for all the energy you put into Convention - the dance party, your training, all the tools. The New School training took Convention to an unbelievable level!!!

Corey, I am back in NY making lists, making calls, making plans, and going Premier in no small part because of the New School MLM training on Sunday. Convention was spectacular, as was the social events. That said, if I was to take one single defining moment that took the weekend "over the top", it was T. Harv and his "millionaire mind" exercise. How amazing was that?!
All that said, I wanted to thank you personally for leading the way. I went to Convention to sharpen my tools and make some contacts, and have come away with a Binford 5000 Rocket Ship that will propel my business into the next decade. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Look for the list of new 5Ks at the end of this month. I will be on it. And that's just the new beginning.
Blessings,
Scott Barton
Corey, Just wanted to drop you a quick email to say THANK YOU for everything!! It was all awesome and I am so thankful for your leadership and all of your wonderful tools to help us all be successful!
